We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house in a great location. The room was fantastic value for money, clean, and cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the city center and lovely cafes nearby.
The breakfast selection could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Our group of 40+ year old women had a seamless check-in process and found the house easily. The high-end furnishings, essential oil aroma, and lovely treats upon arrival made us feel welcome. The ultra-modern kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped and the rainforest shower was a luxurious touch. The house's location on a quiet street, with cafes nearby and the city wall opposite, was ideal.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time staying at Feria Place in York. The host, Caroline, was kind and generous, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The property itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The small outside space was a nice bonus.
Nothing not to like.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely little house in a picturesque location. the house was well, appointed with a modern kitchen, complete with stylish tableware and even an espresso machine. the decor throughout the property was high, end and tastefully done. the bathroom was a standout, with an ultra, modern design featuring a rainforest showerhead. the towels provided were of excellent quality and ample in size. the peaceful and quiet surroundings made for a relaxing stay.
It would have been even better if there were more outdoor seating options available.

We came to spend Christmas in York, inviting friends from my husband’s school days in Doncaster. Everyone was impressed! This lovely little house is well-appointed with most kitchen utensils you would need and enough serving dishes to make our Christmas meal “proper”. Very clean on arrival. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in York. Happy New Year!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
